 We had a great message from my mate Ollie and it did the trick because Mum roared with laughter at his honking on the Chinese rug! Things are settling down a bit and as this picture shows, I did kind of come to a friendly truce with Daisy - although I am still jolly glad that Uncle Simon has now decided to keep her - result!!

It has been pretty rotten around here for the last few weeks as Mum is very stressed. Grandma has to go into a home for dolally people and everything is very fraught right now. On the plus side Uncle Simon has had the Daisy-May for the last 2 weeks and is thinking about keeping her, but her continuous barking is a bit of a problem - I was glad to get my bed back I must confess and it sure is peaceful here at home now she has gone!
Also Dad has been made redundant and he is starting a new business and helping Ma with her scrubbing on the side - I can't believe they spent 3 days cleaning this big office together without killing each other! It is quite nice having him around more as I get to spend quality family time, but not so good in the mornings as he is still in the bed and I miss cuddling up to Mum without him squishing me. |
