Mummy and I went to visit Grandma in Chichester for the weekend, and I had a cracking time - caught a pheasie wezzie on Saturday and a rabbit on Sunday!! Then we got stuck on the M4 on the way home for four and a half hours which was very bizzare. I got to walk up the hard shoulder and explore the banks, and it was like a big friendly carpark.

I also got another email from Rogue, with a better picture - duly featured. She goes to work with her Daddy and sleeps under his desk - in exactly the same position as I sleep under Mummys! We are definitely like two peas in a pod. Also, the lady from Yellow Pages has got a working cocker lady, so she and Mummy spent ages talking about us dogs, and not very long talking about advertising!!

On Tuesday I had to go to the vets for my annual checkup, and Uncle Shane - my vet - said I had fab musles, not an ounce of fat and was a very fit and healthy dog. Mummy has been calling me Arnie Schwarzeniger ever since! Still, it is nice to know I am on top form in time for the new shooting season - now all we have to do is get Mummy fit and we'll be fine.
